I didn't feel like I was being bilked for every penny that I owned. Definitely a pleasant experience at Ciocca, would come again to purchase my next vehicle. Service manager was thorough when we had a little issue upon delivery they promptly told me they would take care of the situation and made good on that promise. I was pleasantly surprised to purchase a brand new Santa Fe on a Saturday afternoon and not walk out completely stressed out. More

I drove my 2011 Sonata Limited 80 miles to PA from NY because I was dissatisfied with the dealerships I had visited both in NY and NJ. A family member had purchased several vehicles over the years at Ciocca Subaru and suggested I try Ciocca Hyundai Quakerstown in my search for a new Sonata. Best advice I could have gotten. . Ms Haas, during our initial discussion, told me she did not have the vehicle I wanted but promised to let me know when the vehicle came in to the dealership. I was skeptical but two weeks later she called me and told me the vehicle was delivered. It was the exact model vehicle in the color and with options I wanted at a price that was mutually agreeable. Unlike the NJ and NY dealerships I visited that tried to sell me what they wanted to not what I wanted.
