Any issue or question we had was quickly answered and resolved to our satisfaction. The second car I purchased was a Sonata. Unfortunately, it was involved in an accident a few months ago. As listed and honored during the purchase was the $500.00 credit towards collision coverage at the Ciacco Collision Center. What a financial benefit & advantage it was to not have to pay any collision deductible. In addition to the great job done fixing the car, their work is guaranteed for the life of the car. My sales consultant, Evan Packer, and his manager, Edwin Salazar, took the extra time and effort to make the deal happen. Both contacted me to see if there was anything else they could do to satisfy my needs.. And eventually, on a second contact, they were able to do so. I thought the experience was superb, and would highly recommend the dealership to my friends. The dealership is also well maintained and clean, including the service.
