When we found the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport we wanted online at Ciocca, our salesman John Haber quoted us a very good price over the phone, but we were skeptical considering our prior experiences. I asked for a commitment in writing so we wouldn’t drive 1.5 hrs each way only to be duped, but the dealership would not do that. However, we both tentatively decided to take the afternoon off, drive out to Ciocca and take the chance…and it paid off for us. They honored everything they quoted to us over the phone with no further negotiations, games, deceptions, pressure or nasty surprises.
