I must say that the sales experience was awful. I have handled all of the formalities with the sales person over the phone and my wife went in to finalize the deal. To my surprise my wife was treated with little to no respect. The sales person was rude and seemed visually angered and upset during part of the process where my wife had to call him out on his attitude. I was also called a liar in the process. It is a shame that this turned out this way. When you purchase a new vehicle it should be a pleasurable and fun experience and this person just completely ruined this. Unless you like rude and unhelpful service I would consider going elsewhere. More

A Pleasurable Experience I really wasn't in the market for a car, but I liked the 2018 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate that a co-worker of mine recently purchased. I looked arou I really wasn't in the market for a car, but I liked the 2018 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate that a co-worker of mine recently purchased. I looked around on the internet, and found the car I was interested in seeing and test driving at Ciocca Hyundai. I reached out to them and wound up visiting them for a test drive. My salesperson was Evan Packer. He made the entire test drive process a breeze, was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai products, but most of all was not pushy and provided me with all the information I needed. Evan’s manager, Edwin Salazar, reached out to me and said if there was anything he could do, to let him know. I took him up on his offer, stated the terms I was looking for, and asked if they could match my credit unions interest rate, I would like to do everything through Ciocca. Edwin and Evan delivered and did me one better by getting me a better interest rate. I am looking forward to working with them both when my wife’s lease is up on her Buick Enclave this coming July.
