He promised me a deal over the phone and I had to drive over an hour. I was skeptical to believe the deal would be the same when I got there. It was exactly what he promised me over the phone! Purchased a 2019 Kona John Haber and the rest of the crew at Ciocca Hyundai were very easy to work with. I came in not able to make a very large down payment, but we were a John Haber and the rest of the crew at Ciocca Hyundai were very easy to work with. I came in not able to make a very large down payment, but we were able to crunch several sets of numbers with two different vehicles (I was between the Elantra and the Kona). I drove away very happy in my new Kona. All of the finer details were reviewed thoroughly. The dealer provided recommendations on insurance policies, one of which I ended up going with (Geico). As a person with several graduate degrees but little knowledge about cars and sales, I was worried that I'd be pandered to or sold something other than what I was looking for. I felt respected the entire time, and the dealer was able to work around the money that I was able to offer without digging me into a hole I'd never climb out of. A pleasant and reassuring car-buying experience. I would be remiss not to mention that, in the process of buying my car, I was both given a ride home (15 minutes away from dealer) and picked up from the local DMV to sort out an issue obtaining my new license (30 minutes), all for free from the service team. It is safe to say that Ciocca Hyundai took good care of me. Prices are hard to beat, too! More
