Never felt pressured into purchasing, conversation was easy and relaxed. Craig went the extra yard that you don't always see. He noticed I had the roof rack cross bars on my old Tucson, he recommended that we can take them off and re-install on the new Tucson, I had not even thought about that, which saved me several hundred dollars. Follow up has been great, offered to have my wife come in and show here all the features on the car and there are quite a few. So thank you Craig. More
