An experience I can brag about I went in looking for a Honda Civic hatchback, and after listening to what I was really looking for, Christopher suggested I check out the Civic Si. He was extremely informative and gave a dedicated experience (we walked in at 3 when he was supposed to be getting off, and we didn't leave until about 6 or 7) that made me confident in my choices. Christopher and Mandy both helped me save money everywhere I could while not pressuring me into making any purchase decisions- it was all my call. And I got to leave with a kick xxx car! Really great experience all around. More

Buying my first car from Apple Honda I came to Apple to find a car for my son and was met by Chris Weeks. Mr. Weeks showed me some cars on the computer and told me he would call me back t I came to Apple to find a car for my son and was met by Chris Weeks. Mr. Weeks showed me some cars on the computer and told me he would call me back the next day to go over your inventory due to the time of the day. Mr. weeks never called me back the next day and I was upset because I had cash money to purchase a car from your dealership. I wanted to buy local to support the local business's. My friend called Mr. Weeks to set up an appointment to see the cars available. Once I came to the dealership we settled on a 2012 Ford Focus and purchased this vehicle. Mr. Weeks agreed to fix the seat and clean the interior up. When we came to pick up the car the car was still very dirty inside and the seat not fixed. Mr. Weeks after arguing with him had a detail person come and fix the seat and clean the interior after we argued with him several times over this. This was poor customer service!!!!! Once we picked up the car and drove it home it had a loud wheel noise. When we brought the car back to check the noise they found the wheel bearing was bad. We had to leave the car once again to fix this problem. How do you inspect a car and not know the wheel bearing is bad??. Also the windshield reservoir cap is broke and Mr. Weeks told us to take care of this when the car is under warranty!!!!. My overall experience at this car dealership is horrible and I will never come back to this place again to buy a car. Mr. Weeks don't return calls as well. Told me he was busy with customers when I called about items needed for my car on 8/4/17. I would not recommend buying a car from Apple Honda!!!! Thank you Olena More
