When I arrived for my appointment the service writer could not find my appointment in the system. I produced my email confirmation and it still could not be located in the system. My service writer, Tyler Small, used the email confirmation on my cell phone to recreate by hand all the service issues I wanted to have addressed. He was very friendly and apologize profusely for the situation. When picking up my Pilot, Tyler patiently reviewed all of my issues and what their team had found and corrected. I left feeling well informed and satisfied that all of my concerns had been addressed. I look forward to working with Tyler again. More

In either case, both experiences were exceptionally good. For the new car purchase, we had Adam Kotzman as our sales-person, and he was excellent - knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful, and not pushy to make a deal. He spent considerable amount of time with my wife and me, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Prior to us accepting the vehicle after purchase, he even went out with a soft cloth and removed and all blemishes possibly missed by the detailers. He was easy to work with, a great communicator, and just overall one of the best car sales-people we have ever dealt with. Adam alone would make us want to return to Honda for any future car purchases, or recommend the dealership to a friend. 5 Star rating to Adam and Apple Honda. For the service we had today, it was fantastic. Kathy was the person I dealt with to reschedule the work, and from the initial call to reschedule, to the time the vehicle was done and ready to be picked up, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was professional, quick, courteous, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. Our vehicle was ready BEFORE the estimated time, which was appreciated. Another 5 star rating for our experience with the service department. This was our first experience with purchasing a Honda, as well as Apple Honda service. I can see why it is such a large operation...I suspect many satisfied customers! Jobs well done. More

Amazing Service Benny, Nick and Eric really took car of me and did whatever they could to get me in my new Honda Civic SI. They went above and beyond and stayed over Benny, Nick and Eric really took car of me and did whatever they could to get me in my new Honda Civic SI.
