tire warranty honored Abe Miller handled my request for tire repair cheerfully and promptly, as he always does when I call with any question or service request. Following Abe Miller handled my request for tire repair cheerfully and promptly, as he always does when I call with any question or service request. Following a flat tire on my 2005 Honda Element, serviced intially by AAA Roadside Service, I called Abe and was able to drop the flat Yokohama tire off at Apple Honda in the early afternoon yesterday. Abe later called to say that the tire had been repaired and that, as I had bought the set of Yokohamas from Apple, it was under repair warranty, and required in any case only the replacement of a valve stem, in the lat afternoon. When I arrived, I was greeted by Abe and treated with every courtesy by the Apple Maitenance staff until my tire was reinstalled. The staff even cleaned the dash and windshield. Excellent Service! I was driving a handicapped van. When my husband passed away, my son-in-law researched cars and dealers and decided a Honda CR-V would be perfect for I was driving a handicapped van. When my husband passed away, my son-in-law researched cars and dealers and decided a Honda CR-V would be perfect for me. He lives in the Pittsburgh area so he and my daughter spoke with Benny on the phone. We met with him Easter weekend and a final cost with trade-in was agreed upon. I was not able to purchase the car until August 11. We are extremely happy with the service we received. Benny did a very good job explaining how to operate the numerous features of the CR-V. This is my first Honda. We previously drove mostly Fords from Apple Ford. I will definitely return to Apple Honda for any work that needs to be done. Barbara More
