Buying the new Honda CVR I had an idea what I was looking for when I came to the dealership. When my wife and I were looking at the models your salesman Bennie approached and I had an idea what I was looking for when I came to the dealership. When my wife and I were looking at the models your salesman Bennie approached and offered his assistance. We told him we were interested in a crv model . The vehicle we selected he brought right over. I told him we had a vehicle to trade in but it was not inspected. Benny offered to bring it to the dealership during the test drive of the new vehicle,Benny then showed us things on the new vehicle on the showroom and was very helpful in filling out the paperwork and taking care of the details. Buying the car was a very good experience. More

Battery failure Our car wouldn't start and we had to call AAA to get it started. We then drove directly to Apple Honda to have it repaired. However, initial tests indicated that the battery was ok. After repeated tests, service was able to prove that the battery was bad. So, we only had to pay the prorated cost, rather than the entire cost of a new battery - a savings of around $75. More
