So unhappy! I just bought a used vehicle from Apple Honda in York four months ago. I was so happy, they found exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and the I just bought a used vehicle from Apple Honda in York four months ago. I was so happy, they found exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and the sales person was such a gem! Since then, it has gone down hill. The vehicle I bought is a disaster, I can't believe they sold it to me. My check engine light came on multiple times and it was in the shop multiple times within the first few weeks of having it. I've had nothing but problems with it and currently the check engine light is on again. I refuse to take it back to them ANOTHER time for fixing. I have only had this car in my actual possession about half the time of what I should have because it has been in their shop. On top of all that, they decided to call me, four months later and tell me they never recieved my deposit and that I needed to pay it before going to collections. Luckily, I was able to send over my proof of payment but SERIOUSLY! I will NEVER go to them again and I will NEVER refer anyone there. Other than my salesperson, the whole experiance is horrible.
