Customer Service the way it should be I stopped in for a minor follow up from inspection. I wasn't sure if I had already paid for the service and it was just to complete the service or if I stopped in for a minor follow up from inspection. I asked your customer service representative and they quickly pulled up my previous record and showed how there were $0 dollar charges but that the follow up was listed. They made me feel ok about asking this question and were very transparent with their answer and backed it up with information. I love this kind of service and would recommend you to anyone. On top of this I felt the whole experience was handled this way and there was never a point where anyone tried to "fleece" me with add-ons. This is so refreshing after dealing with the oil change places which make a living on fleecing their customers. Thank you for exceptional service! More

Directed me to the Kalynn who would process my paperwork. Kalynn was very professional, pleasant and smiled. After my 2005 Accord was inspected, Kalynn outlined the routine maintenance that was in order with the cost for each item. Elected to have the brake fluid flush and transmission fluid flush completed. It was explained that it would take about another hour for this work to be completed. My vehicle was completed within that hour. When work was complete and car washed, the service representative was accommodating as I had forgotten to bring my coupon for service to apply towards my overall cost. Very pleased with the service, professional manner, and time allotted for the completion of the work on my car. More

I previously owned a Civic and knew I wanted another one -- but Tom nor Apple seemed to take advantage of that fact. Gave 4 stars and not 5 because the finance guy was very "slick". I had to wait a while to see him and then he really pushed warranty options that I hadn't heard about prior to that meeting. More
