Airbag recall A day after receiving a recall notice for the passenger side airbag, I called Apple Honda to set up an appointment. (I am Barbara's daughter). Barbara is 88 years old and does not drive when it is dark. I work and don't get home till after dark. When I started trying to pick a date with your service rep on the phone I mentioned this. She asked if Barbara lives close. She lives only about a mile away. Your service rep on the phone told me they would be happy to pick the car up and we set the appointment for a day and time suitable to Barbara. Not only did they pick up the car, replace the airbag and return the car to her within a few hours, the also call me to let me know the work was completed and she had her car back. I work in customer service...we try to find ways to WOW our customers. You certainly WOW'd me today. Thank you for you dedication to providing Stellar Customer Service. More
