New 2019 Honda CRV We owned a 2006 Honda Odyssey with 172,000 miles and thought we would look at a new CRV. We dealt with Matt Minnich who found us a new CRV with the options that we would like in a new car. We test drove it and decided to buy it. Matt helped syncronize our phones to the display panel so that we could use our apps for maps and music, etc. He also set up the garage door opener and told us what to do in case it didn't work which I had to do in order to open the garage door. He also had volunteered to come to our house if we couldn't get the opener to work. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we are enjoying our new CRV. More
New 2019 Odyssey EX I came in to have my 2016 Odyssey inspected. Met Adam Kotzman and asked him what kind of deal could he provide me on a 2019/2020 replacement. It nee I came in to have my 2016 Odyssey inspected. Met Adam Kotzman and asked him what kind of deal could he provide me on a 2019/2020 replacement. It needed to be White! He came back with some attractive numbers. I told him that I'm a long time Honda guy but have NEVER bought a vehicle from Apple Honda (You've never been competitive). Adam provided some attractive pricing and told me he could have a vehicle in a few days. Did the deal!!! Nice and easy. More
Extremely bad service Set up an appointment to purchase our Honda from our lease. Arrived on time for our appointment which we were told would take 15-20 minutes total. The sales agent did not have any of our paperwork prepared, offered us a ridiculously high interest rate for our loan which was based on an average interest rate and not OUR credit rating even though we filled out the credit report for him on two days earlier and went back and forth offering us subpar interest rates until he finally ran our credit check through which should have all been prepared prior to our arrival. Honda did not have a finance person available to take care of getting our paperwork filled out even though we had set and confirmed the appointment. We were continually told it would be just ten to fifteen more minutes, which turned into hours later. Needless to say we arrived home three hours after our appointment time. This was our second bad experience with the same sales person. One month prior to this incident, we had an appointment to test drive a few Honda cars before determining if we wanted to purchase a new car or to buy our car out of the lease. When we arrived for that appointment, our salesperson was nowhere to be found for over 40 minutes. Thus we did not purchase a new car from him and thought it would just be easier and less time consuming to just buy out our lease. This is our third and last Honda from Apple Honda of York. More

I felt pampered. I went into the dealership believing I couldn't afford a new car. I already knew that leasing was less expensive/ a more affordable way to obtain a new car. I also knew where I financially stood which is most important. The monthly payment was in line with a loan payment I had just concluded. Buying a new car is a huge commitment and you have to be willing to sacrifice unnecessary things in favor of this necessity, because mass transit is not an option for me. I chose Honda because I believe in owning the best overall automobile/ investment. This car still blows me away! More
