I appreciate the quick communication with the service team. My disappointment is in what I would call an engineering flaw. There was a noise in my rear suspension. My records show that a part in the suspension was replaced at 37,000 miles. The sound came back at 60,000 miles and the repair was $150.... to replace the same part that went bad at 37,000. Honda did reduce the cost by $50. However, I find it hard to believe they aren't doing something more about this problem. It's not a tire!! I feel it should last longer than 23,000 miles before it needs replaced. More

Fantastic time getting a recall taken care of. Had an apt to get a recall taken care of on my CT. Waited on the repair.... about an hour. And further more my sales man remembering me for the few times I've been in.... besides normal service oil,inspection ect. I can't remember a person's name to save my life even after working w them for a week. And every time I go in after weeks or months of not having to be there... he remembers me and talks w me as if it's only been days between visits. xxxxxxto all. Will be back for all my Honda needs. More
