Overall, I understand things happen and the buying experience with apple Honda was kind of a catastrophe but Abe was helpful and did a good job in my opinion. Also when I first made the appointment I explained that I had Honda care the woman who answered the phone insisted that I find this coupon book in order to have the service covered. I told her I did not remember ever getting a coupon book and that everything within the first 45000 miles was supposed to he covered. She told me again that I got a coupon book. I called Jordan in sales who had done all of my paperwork when I bought the car and he told me he was sorry for the confusion but that I was correct. I never received a coupon book and that EVERYTHING was covered under my maintenance plan. That was the only hiccup I experienced in terms of dealing with the service department. More
