Excellent Service Called to state that I would be having my car towed there. Service manager, Aysia was extremely helpful, courteous and patient. Next day, Aysia call Called to state that I would be having my car towed there. Service manager, Aysia was extremely helpful, courteous and patient. Next day, Aysia called me to state that my car arrived safely and provided preliminary report of what may be wrong with my car. She followed up two additional times, during the last of which she stated that the service department would do their best to have my car completed in ample time for me to get to work in Lancaster next day. She remembered the details of where I worked from the very first time I called - the fact that she remembered these things and did worked with the service team to make it possible for me to have my car back when I really needed was surprising and refreshing in today’s society. THANK YOU SO MUCH AYSIA AND TEAM!!! More
