Apple Honda gave us excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door. They were all friendly and absolutely not pushy. They made us a deal that made it worth our while to buy. We may have gotten a better price if we'd played the dealer vs. dealer game, but they were so nice to work with and answered all our questions and got us the Pilot in the color we wanted, that we were happy to buy from them. They care a lot about good customer service. Both Tyler and his manager worked hard to make sure it was a deal we were happy with in all aspects. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend others to them. More
I was in search of a Saturn Sky Redline and saw quite a few options out there but it was Apple Honda who earned my business. When I requested information on the Sky Redline that Apple Honda had for sale P few options out there but it was Apple Honda who earned my business. When I requested information on the Sky Redline that Apple Honda had for sale Patrick called me right away and was able to provide me with detailed information and in a very friendly and courteous manner. I would need to drive over 200 miles to get to Apple Honda to make the deal and Patrick made me comfortable that I would get the amount for my trade-in that was promised assuming the condition of my car was what I reported. Even though there were other options closer to my location the other dealerships seemed to be seedy and I just didn't feel that trust that I felt talking to the folks at Apple Honda. After my interaction with Patrick, he turned me over to Tyler O'Connor, another super friendly sales person (Patrick was Internet Sales and Tyler is the person I would deal with in person). Tyler was fantastic and was able to help me line up all the paperwork needed before making the long trip to the dealership. When I arrived with my trade-in everyone I met was as friendly as could be and Tyler hung around and chatted with me while we were waiting for finance to be free to finalize the paperwork making what would be a boring wait into an interesting conversation that made the time go by fast. Apple Honda gave me exactly what they promised for my trade and made the experience of buying a used car a very nice one. They are in PA and I'm from NY yet I didn't have to handle any DMV paperwork as they had a proxy that was able to do all that for me making the experience even smoother. Even the follow-up was great after purchasing the car. Tyler always responded to questions immediately when I asked about the status of the new plates, etc. I would highly recommend Apple Honda to any of my friends or relatives. More

I am so very disappointed in the way we were treated at this dealer. We were over charged for what we bought, with 129,000 miles. There were multiple issues with the car once we bought it. The first 3 months I was in a loaner car due to Apple Honda having my car in the shop. The problem(s) were never fixed. Had we been car shopping on a rainy day we would have noticed the mold smell in the car from massive leaks. The car needed tires from the day we bought it which I asked about before anything was signed. Our sales man said sure yeah we can do tires. Then once the paperwork was done they refused to replace the tires. The strut went out on the front driver side which they "fixed" but is now making noise again. We have replaced all 4 rotors/drums, new alternator and mindless other things. Now in need of bigger vehicle we find out the honest truth about our "deal" with Honda. We have been to over 20 dealerships trying to get out of our car and everyone says the same thing "Honda sure did get you guys". I have all service reciepts for this car it was taken care of and we can not get out of it because of how high the miles are and how much negative equity it carries because we were overcharged. Once posting thus review I was contacted by Apple Honda to try and "fix" this. Against our better judgement we said sure. Went down filled out all the necessary paperwork and we picked a car (that was a bit more expensive) we get told they can't sell us that because its priced to low. Then they try getting us to buy a $16000 car that we don't like. As far as used cars with this place its the same as a buy here pay here. You pay to much for a vehicle not worth half of that, and the vehicles are the same for reliability. So sad this is what its coming too. Buyer beware! I can't say enough just because it sounds like a good deal, do your homework, do the math, and have your mechanic look the vehicle over before purchase! More
Susan was friendly and courteous. She was informative and educational with information about Hybrid cars. She had a lot of patients, she stuck by me when it came to making sure I got the car I wanted. She wa educational with information about Hybrid cars. It had to be purple but have navigation and sterio. She made sure when I drove off the lot that I was completely satisfied. She tailored my needs and style into this car. None of this would have been possible without the knowledge of Michael. He was able to do whatever was necessary to get me out of my old car and into my new Honda. He worked with my unique situation and was able to meet the needs of my ever changing life as this trade in was a result of a divorce. My old car payment was so high and was quite burdensome. It was because of his excellent communication skills, and trusted knowledge gained from years of work experience that I was able to purchase this car. Because of the York Honda team I am now in a car in my own name, that I absolutely love and can afford. This was a huge relief for me and my X husband. I am very grateful to Michael for working with the financing lenders to get me in this car. Thanks to Susan I have a great car that I can enjoy for the years to come and will def be a returning customer. I would strongly recommend this dealer for purchasing a car. I was in your dealership for the last few weeks, working with Bruce Wagner negotiating pricing on a 2013 Honda Odyssey. Bruce was knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. After getting a deal that we were pleased with we obtained financing through our credit union. My husband and I came in this evening (3/14/13) at 7pm with our 3 daughters (ages 11, 7, and 6) to finalize the paperwork, unfortunately the credit union had not provided the proper paperwork. Bruce had spoke to us about Honda financing but we had declined, but once we realized we did not have the credit union paperwork Michael Salavati ran though the Honda offer with us again and we decided to go with Honda financing. Even though it was almost 9pm when we actually left the dealership (1 hour past their closing time), both Bruce and Michael were patient and never seem irritated or frustrated to have to stay late. Both gentleman were understanding with our 3 children who were getting close to their own limit of good behavior. The customer service we were given was top notch, I could not have expected anything more. I had a wonderful experience with Apple Honda, specifically Bruce and Michael and will not hesitate to return to this dealership again. More
We were very pleased with our sales experience at Apple Honda even though buying cars is NOT one of our favorite things! I test drove a car. I got financing from a bank, but was told by the salesman THREE different times that Apple would give me 1% lower than what I had gotten. This was at the dealership and on the phone. I told by the salesman THREE different times that Apple would give me 1% lower than what I had gotten. This was at the dealership and on the phone. I set up an appointment to buy and pick up the car using Apple's finance. My wife was with me since it was her car. It was not until we were in the finance office already signing papers when I saw the APR. They did not tell me until I pointed it out. The percentage was only 1/2% lower. When I pointed it out to the finance officer he told us, "take it or leave it, that is as low as we are going". At the time there was nothing I could do. I had already told the bank I did not need the loan. When I called back to Apple to talk to my original salesman, Frank, he never returned my calls and neither did the finance officer. Terrible customer service. Lying to customers is not a way to do business. I will never go back there. More
