Terrible experience I recently purchased a Lincoln Truck from this dealership. It WAS NOT being sold as is, so you would think that the dealership would have checked out I recently purchased a Lincoln Truck from this dealership. It WAS NOT being sold as is, so you would think that the dealership would have checked out this vehicle before selling it . Well, that was not the case. They did not check the oil, the power steering fluid, etc. etc.prior to putting it out on their lot. I have had nothing but problem after problem with this truck. Not minor problems, MAJOR ones! To make matter worse. The manager named Matt does not return any phone calls. Unfortunately, you have to go through him to get any kind of work done on your vehicle if it is an "exception". He does not deal with conflict I guess. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all just sell items that are below par, make a profit and turn your back on them? I deal with customer's every day. This is no way to treat people! I even have Matt's cell phone number, and he does not respond. I would not ever buy a car/truck from this place. I traded in a great vehicle for a piece of crap! Apple seems to be buying up all of the local dealerships in the area. Every where you go it is Apple this and Apple that!Guess what they are doing? They MUST HAVE caught on that they have terrible customer skills, so they are keeping the car/truck dealerships that they are buying listed under the original names. Like Beasley Ford......... What does that tell you? Hmmmmmmm More
Vehicle purchase from Tanya Healy at Apple Honda, York Pa. I have just leased a 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L, Urban Titanium, from Apple Honda in York. I went to Apple to look at the CR-V and possibly purchase one bu I have just leased a 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L, Urban Titanium, from Apple Honda in York. I went to Apple to look at the CR-V and possibly purchase one but was considering purchasing a Hyundai Tucson or Santa Fe (I already own a 2006 Tucson and a 2012 Sonata). I asked about leasing a CR-V to reduce my payments. Tanya was very informative in helping me make my decision to lease the CR-V. She let me test drive the vehicle, and fully explained the lease program to me. Although the color wasn't what I originally wanted, it grew on me, as she said it would, and we ended up leasing that vehicle. She made me an offer I couldn't refuse. It has been a pleasure to drive and we are looking forward to purchasing the vehicle after the 36 month lease period. Thank You to everybody at Apple Honda, especially Tanya. More

It was New Years Eve and I didn't make it in until about 20 mins before closing. Yuri was very friendly, did not once show any displeasure with having to stay late on a holiday, and was great with my kids-giving them balloons and interacting with them. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I'd gladly work with Yuri again in the future. More

The techs know what they are doing and do a great job, but the overall experience stinks. Drive a few extra minutes to Hanover Honda, they are great, and go out of their way to make your experience pleasant. Apple lost a new car sale, Hanover picked one up...and If the car I have needs replaced, I'm going to Hanover. More
Condescending Buying a new car is stressful enough. After a long day of car shopping we stopped by to look at new civics. We were greeted by a salesman and I informed him of my budget and needs. He then proceeded to completely ignore my budget and insist on showing me cars i could not afford. I insisted that unless he could get those cars down to my price point (about 6000 off) he was wasting both our time. Once I found a car I liked we went into the office to discuss numbers. Our salesman left us sit for over 30 minutes while we saw him waiting on other customers, while he just left us sit! Who knows how long we would have sat there, but we got up to leave. Once we decided to get up and leave then the sales manager came over to talk to us. His numbers for the car and my trade in were a joke. Their general attitude was condescending. And honestly I just felt like they wouldn't take me seriously because I'm a young lady who was shopping with my mom. You lost us as customers for life and you better believe I'm telling everyone I know about how condescending our experience with the staff was. Maybe next time you shouldn't waste our time, just tell us the minute we walk in you won't take us seriously without a man present. More

I am a new owner of a 2014 Honda CRV which I recently purchased at Apple Honda. I was greeted promptly by a very professional and polite salesperson, Chris Arabio. I discussed with Chris my plans to cons purchased at Apple Honda. I was greeted promptly by a very professional and polite salesperson, Chris Arabio. I discussed with Chris my plans to consider other automotive brands, but that I would also like to drive the Honda. Chris was very accommodating and respectful of my wishes and provided me with all of the information that I needed to make an informed decision. I did drive and consider other makes and models, but returned to Apple Honda based on my overall shopping experience. We were able to agree on all terms negotiated and Chris went out of his way to locate the exact color CRV from an outside location. The entire team at Apple Honda (especially Chris, Zeth and Wanda) were all great! Thank you Apple Honda and Chris for making me a very happy customer! More
Experience was overall above good but not great. We made a purchase dispite the slightly high asking price and no attempt to negotiate. We wanted the car and you guys knew it and had us. However, as soon a we hesitated on the extended warranty, her attitude seemed to change to no longer friendly, buit more putting up with one more non-paying client.
