I called Tyler almost every day and he was extremely polite. He got back with me whenever I left messages. New Car I have bought 3 Honda's over the years through Apple Honda and their vehicles and service were second to none. I had my 2006 Pilot for going on 6 yea I have bought 3 Honda's over the years through Apple Honda and their vehicles and service were second to none. I had my 2006 Pilot for going on 6 years and approaching 270K in miles and decided that despite it was running like a top I'd better get myself a new used car. After doing some research and because of the mileage I tend to put on cars, I decided to go with the purchase of a new car. John Randall was fabulous to work with, not the least bit pushy and was very informative in helping me make my decision. I think what separates Honda from the competition, at least for me, is that you can tell they totally believe in the products and services they provide. That's important to me. Keep up the great work! More

Wonderful saleslady-- Tanya Healy I have been looking for a used Honda Odyssey for quite some time and they are not very easy to find that don't have more than 100,000 miles on them. I have been looking for a used Honda Odyssey for quite some time and they are not very easy to find that don't have more than 100,000 miles on them. I saw one on the internet at Apple Honda and my daughter had just bought a new Honda Accord and so happened she was at the dealership the day I saw this on the internet. I called her and told her about it and she said she would check on it before she left. Meanwhile, I called Tanya Healy, the internet sales person, and asked about the car and she told me someone had already placed a deposit on it and was coming in the next day or so to check it out, etc. My daughter also checked on it and told me the same thing. A few days later Tanya called me and told me the other customer had bought a Pilot instead and the car was available if I wanted to put down on it as I could not come in that day and test drive it. This car only had 66,000 miles on it and was a one owner and drove very well. Tanya was so kind and patient with us and had come in on her day off to work with me. I was disappointed in what they wanted to give me for my trade in which was a Ford Fusion with 75,000 miles and ran like a scalded dog but we needed a bigger vehicle. This was not Tanya's fault, she did all she could and the big guns that make those decisions did come up a little on my car as it was in excellent condition. Have always wanted a Honda and this was my chance to get one. I would recommend Apple Honda due to Tanya Healy and they are very fortunate to have her working for them. She has called me, emailed me, left me a voicemail message to see how things are going with the Odyssey and that really means a lot to me. The only reason I did not give this dealership a 5 star is because they did not give me enough for my trade in and it had nothing to do with Tanya. She went back and forth trying to get what I wanted for my car and did all she could. If you want or need to buy a used car---- ask for Tanya Healy-- you will not be disappointed. More
