Buying a Honda was not a question, due to my reliable and low maintenance '98 accord. I was unsure to buy new or used even after doing online research of prices and dealers. Bruce koons, a sales member, approached me as I browsed through the lot of new and used cars. He was knowledgable and understanding of my wants, needs, and budget. I was able to test drive a brand new black 2015 Honda Civic EX home to show my parents my potential purchase. After Bruce worked with me and showed me numbers, discounts, and all options in my budget. I decided on a white model verse the black. All the staff were pleasant and knowledgable. I would recommend apple Honda to anyone looking to buy new or used. The brand and cars sell themselves, the sales team is there to make you decision easier without pushing the sale. Above and Beyond My lease was ending in a few months and I received a letter in the mail about upgrading to a new vehicle for similar or lower payments. I called to get the info and Tom Smith handled everything. In the same day I received a call back telling me they would bring me the car and paperwork since it wasn't convenient for me to drive over an hour and back with my work schedule. Tom made sure I had the car the next morning and all I had to do was sign papers and save $50 a month for a new car! Now that's customer service! I will continue to send everyone to Apple Honda for all of their car buying needs! More
