Drove away in the SUV I wanted I received an email from Tom Smith about upgrading my leased 2013 CR-V to a new 2015. I went in really only to talk about it. Tom showed me several models and ran payment options to give me plenty of information to to consume. I knew which model I wanted and what I wanted to pay and after a little conversation they worked out a deal that met those desires. Tom did a great job of working with me to get me what I wanted. Best customer service I was in there for many hours and i could see chris running back and forth doing all the work for me. Thanks to him, my buying experience was low stress and enjoyable. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, professional and nice to deal with. I really appreciated his no pressure style and thorough follow up. The exact car we wanted was not on site but Apple Honda did a fine job locating it promptly and having it brought in.
