After receiving several emails from Apple Honda encouraging me to consider trading in my 2012 Civic (purchased at Apple Honda) for a new 2016, I decid After receiving several emails from Apple Honda encouraging me to consider trading in my 2012 Civic (purchased at Apple Honda) for a new 2016, I decided to go see the 2016 models. Ed King met me in the parking lot, introduced himself and we started looking at the new Civic models. He supplied some brochures and we soon zeroed in an EXL model to test drive. The improvements from my 2012 to the 2016 were impressive. The new 2016 is much quieter inside on less then perfect roads as well as a much smoother ride. The interior fit and finish is awesome and feels like your in a much more expensive car. Ed was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Ed had the Honda finance guy (Tom) run some numbers and after a few iterations we arrived at a great deal. Ed quickly had the car washed and prepped, while Tom made the finance paper work as painless as possible. It was a busy day for Honda and after waiting a bit for the car to come back from their car wash, Ed called them for a status update and they explained they were waiting for a driver to bring the car up. Without hesitation, Ed went himself to bring the car back from the car wash so I could get on the road. All of this in one afternoon! Thanks Ed for making the "car buying" process painless! More

So by the time I visited Apple Honda I had been to several other dealerships, been approached by many My search for a NEW car began in October 2015. So by the time I visited Apple Honda I had been to several other dealerships, been approached by many "sales" people and had driven several cars. Let's just say I wasn't having fun looking for a NEW car until until we pulled into Apple Honda. My husband spotted a pre-owned vehicle and thought we should take a look. We were immediately greeted by Bill Shiffer, whom has been undoubtly a big part of me getting my NEW 2016 Honda Touring for Christmas 2015!!! His professionalism was first class from the start. He was extremely knowledgable across the board when it came to many makes and models so we decided to take the pre-owned vehicle for a drive. When we got back and began to share more of what I was looking for, he suggested we take a look at the newly designed Honda. We did and needless to say decided to drive one and let me tell you what, Honda has come a long way. Over a period of a month or so I was very indecisive. Bill was patient with me and continued to follow up while never pushy and never hassled us even knowing we were still looking elsewhere. I came back to Apple Honda 2 days before Christmas. Matt the Manager along with Bill helped me settle on a deal that I'm so happy with, everything from application to signing with Tonya was a breeze! I have never had this much ease in getting a NEW car! Apple Honda has a friendly staff, they work as a team and it's apparent every time we walk in that they take pride in their customers!
