I was immediately greeted by a salesman who retrieved my previous sales representative, Yuri. I was impressed that Yuri rememebered us from three years ago and that I was allowed to work with a sales representative which I was comfortable working with before. After shopping around online, I decided I would lease the most recent model of the vehicle i was driving. Yuri is very knowledgeable about the features and upgrades that Honda made to the Civic. He spent the time to explain the features and to program the vehicle to make my driving experience more enjoyable. The total process of returning my vehicle, test driving, learning about the vehicle upgrades, vehicle registration and leasing a new vehicle took a total of three hours. Initially, I was less than excited to car shop. Yuri turned my car buying experience into a more exciting, memorable experience. I thoroughly enjoy driving my new vehicle and I look forward to working with Yuri in the future. More
