Bill went above and beyond his scheduled work day to answer my questions and be sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and the price. I have never owned a Honda before, my last several cars have been Fords. This time Ford couldn't come close in price to what I was looking for in a smaller SUV. I love my CR-V! I ended up leasing a new one, and when the lease is up I don't know why I wouldn't continue to deal with Apple Honda! More

Great customer service I was not happy with the purchase of my certified used 2012 Honda Civic. There were some issues with the vechile that made me uncomfortable with conti I was not happy with the purchase of my certified used 2012 Honda Civic. There were some issues with the vechile that made me uncomfortable with continuing to make payments on it. I had only purchased the vechile less than 10 months ago and I was afraid I was stuck with it. The service department assured me the vechile was in good condition and that I had plenty of warranty left with the extended warrenty I purchased if something else were to happen. This was the 3rd time I had it in for service that wasn't routine in less than 10 months.The vechile also made a loud clunking noise when put into park when it had a full tank of gas which is a flaw in the design of the vechile, that I just couldn't stand. So I was very frustrated when Ron saw my frustration and how unhappy I was with my purchase he immediately set out to make it right. I walked into Honda to have my vechile serviced at 9 am and walked out with a brand new 2016 Honda Civic at 1pm. Which was amazing to me how quickly they made it happen. I wasn't happy that I had to put out a little more money per month but it is well worth it. The vechile is amazing and a pleasure to drive. Ron was very helpful through the purchase of the vechile he made sure to set up my phone with the vechile and to make sure I knew to call him with any issues. He also took the time out to personally come pick me up after I had the simoniz treatment on my vechile. I appreciate his dedication to customer service. More
