Money down I was asked to put $200 down on a used car That I wanted to buy but I was still looking at a few other cars at the same dealership. It was late and w I was asked to put $200 down on a used car That I wanted to buy but I was still looking at a few other cars at the same dealership. It was late and we where going to come back in 2 days to look again but wanted to hold that car. Well after talking to my mechanic he told me that car has had a lot of issues and he didn't recommend it to buy. So I asked them to cancel my $200 deposit. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my money. They told me I would have to call their corporate office to find out how to get my money back. To backtrack they had tent sale and when I went up there on a Sunday there was three keys in their cars that I took out for them and put them in their Dropbox for them so nobody stole a car. So for me to be doing a good deed to help them out they can't even help me to get my $200 back. So for me to be doing a good deed to help them out they can't even help me to get my $200 back I will say my sales person Greg was really nice and friendly. My disappointment has been with the process of getting my money back. There's been two sales managers that I have talk to and promise to give me a call back and not once have they called back in the past 4-5 days More

Tom Smith was really understanding of my situation and clearly had my best interests in mind. I was very concerned about my budget, and he made sure to keep that in mind throughout our interaction. I will definitely be going back to Apple Honda and requesting Tom for any future vehicles that I may need. More
