Patience is a virtue. JD was the best salesman that my husband and I talked to. We had been looking for a new car but in a certain price range. JD took the time over a few days to allow us to test drive a few different new cars. He never got upset or pushy. We asked a ton of questions. JD answered them all! We needed time to think about the car we had interest in, JD was very easy to talk to and understood we could wait if we chose to do so. We did not feel rushed or pushed or even bothered by JD as we left to go eat dinner. My husband and I talked during dinner and decided on a final purchase number. We called JD and told him we were on our way back. We sat and discussed our number , JD took our number to his manager and came back and said it was a deal. We really appreciate all the time and effort JD put in during our new car purchase. We looked at Ford ,Chevy,Toyota and Mazda. We chose Honda CRV because of JD! Tyler is great...the finance lady...not so much. I walked in and told Tyler that I needed to be in and out within 90 minutes and that I has already done my reaearch. Tyler was very accommodating. We made the deal but I had to return for the vehicle as they did not have my selection on the lot. So I arrive ro pick up the vehicle and now have to deal with the saleswoman. She was too forward from the start. She introduced herself,but made no connection . There is a difference. She asked to seemy check and started saying how they could provide the same thing. When I declined she continued to say it was not going to change antytjing. So then why hassle me about it? Then she finally took me to a "private " room. About 10 minutes in someone opened the door behind her desk. I told her,but she did nothing about it...so someone was eavesdropping on my businesa. I did not like that either. She made a not so nice comment about buyers working themselves out of a deal by trying to deal too much. The tone was very elitist. I could continue for a long while, but you get the drift. In summary if I inteeacted with her in the beginning, I would not have made the deal.. Again, Tyler gets a 5...the other gets a 2...so I was generous and gave a 4. More
