Excellent Customer Service!! I can't say enough about the awesome experience we had at Apple Honda. We had been looking for a used Jeep Wrangler in our price range and found one w I can't say enough about the awesome experience we had at Apple Honda. We had been looking for a used Jeep Wrangler in our price range and found one we liked online at Apple Honda. I sent an email to inquire about the Jeep and Ed King was quick to reply and answer my questions. We set up an appointment the next day for me to drive the vehicle. We also had a trade in vehicle and Ed helped to work out a fair price for us. There were a few minor things that we wanted done to the Jeep in order for us to purchase it and he made sure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. After leaving the dealership with our Jeep, we had an issue come up with it just 3 days later. Ed assured us that the dealership would stand by the vehicle and make the necessary repair - which they did! They even provided me with a loaner car while they did the repair which was greatly appreciated!! I highly recommend Ed King and Apple Honda for a great used car buying experience! They are truly an honest and respectable dealership and I will definitely go back when we are in the market for another vehicle. More

I worked with JD and as someone who has been in sales and service in the auto industry I found him to be great. Very low pressure and very helpful with everything the entire time I was there. There were a few snags that made the visit last much longer than I would have liked (Jeep issue not an issue with Apple) and JD and his sales manager Tyler couldnt have made it more relaxing. JD even offered to buy my lunch while I waited. I had found a similar vehicle at another dealer that may have been a slightly better deal but the experience I had and the way I was treated by JD was the reason I opted to buy at Apple. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Honda or any of the used vehicles on the lot. More

My wife had an excellent experience three years ago when she bought a CRV, and loves it. I decided to visit Honda as first on my list to look at the CRV and the HRV. It turned out, that after my initial visit, other visits to other dealers, about other cars, was not necessary. Outstanding service. Friendly. Helpful. Knowledgeable. And for me, the all important fine line of balance between them wanting to sell me a car... and not being pushy (a touch balance to find) and they did. David Diaz was our sales-person. Then great (and short) connects with the sales manager, little chats with other staff... and then the easiest financing process I have ever been in. Driving my new HRV and loving it. Thanks Honda.
