Susan Hall makes buying a car simple and no-pressure I reached the final payment of my previous vehicle December 2016. I called several dealerships in the York area looking for a new vehicle. I immidiate I reached the final payment of my previous vehicle December 2016. I called several dealerships in the York area looking for a new vehicle. I immidiately ruled out any dealerships with poor phone quality communication--some dealerships didn't care to find and answer to a question or were just plain rude over the phone. When I called Apple Honda and spoke to Susan Hall (saleswoman), I felt very confident about going to look at new cars. Because Apple Honda and Apple Subaru are next door to each other (and owned by the same company) I asked Susan if we could look at Hondas and Subaru's. Susan worked out an agreement and we looked at three Honda's (2 CR-V's and 1 HR-V). We also looked at three Subaru's (Impreza, Legacy, WRX). Susan was pleasant from the first phone call, and both polite upon greeting and professional throughout ALL the test driving. Susan asked what colors and styles I liked. She made the whole experience about me. During the test drive(s) my step-father accompanied us. We talked about the cars and how I felt about the cars. When we weren't discussing the cars Susan showed a compassionately human side. We exchanged stories of families and Holiday events. After the final test drive I knew I wanted to buy a car with Susan. And I knew I wanted a WRX. I explained to Susan I did my research and knew what I could afford. After taking a quick trip next door to the Apple Subaru dealership Susan introduced me to the Apple Subaru sales manager, Matt Bardolf. Susan and Matt explained the process to for buying the vehicle and explained all the terms I needed to know for leasing a vehicle. There was no pressure. Unlike my first time I bought a car, (from another dealership--not Apple affiliated) we were smiling and laughing through the process because everyone was on the same page. The final price was established perfectly. Susan sat with me while paperwork was signed and answered all remaining questions. Susan made sure my car was detailed and the gas tank was full. She also made sure I understood the basic features of my car and told me in 2 weeks time someone from the dealership will go over any questions I have about how to use all the features of my car to their fullest ability. I think it's needless to say, when my lease is up in 36 months, I will be going back to Susan Hall and the team at Apple Honda (and Apple Subaru). This review was written one day after the purchase date. More

I bought the 2004 Civic at Apple Honda and went back since I had such a great experience the first time and was looking for a new 2017 Civic. I was introduced to Edward shortly after arriving and he quickly brought a beautiful blue 2017 Civic around front for me to test drive. I loved the car immediately and Edward made the process of purchasing the new vehicle quick and painless, and was very knowledgeable with regards to any questions I had.
