Awesome experience! My parents decided to help me out with buying my first car for my college graduation present, and I knew I wanted to check out Honda and Subaru. J.D. We went on two test drives, and he thoroughly explained all the features of both vehicles. What I liked most about J.D. and the rest of the team at Apple Honda was that they didn't feel the need to bash on Subaru when I told them I wanted to drive one of those before making my decision. Couldn't say the same about Subaru. As soon as I mentioned to the salesman that I had driven a Honda earlier and was debating between the do, he proceeded to tell me everything that's wrong with Honda (much of which was untrue or exaggerated), rather than explaining what made the Subaru a better choice for me. I liked the Honda better regardless, but it also made me trust J.D. and the other Apple Honda team members that much more than the Subaru salesman. The other thing that I was really impressed with was J.D.'s willingness to communicate and negotiate price over the phone or via text message. Since I was only in the area for a week for spring break, it was really helpful. Would absolutely recommend this dealership, and will be returning when it's time for my next car! More
