New 2017 Civic EX Purchase This was best purchase experience I ever had with any Honda dealership (This is my 5th). The salesman David Diaz who worked with me and my wife fro This was best purchase experience I ever had with any Honda dealership (This is my 5th). The salesman David Diaz who worked with me and my wife from start to finish was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. This sale involved a trade-in and a couple of different car test runs. David made understanding the differences between Civic models clear and allowed me to make a perfect selection. Rating is a 10!!!!! Dealership gave me a fair price for my trade and purchase price was to my satisfaction. I had to bring the car back 5 days after purchase for a paint imperfection and even though David was unavailable for training I was helped immediately by the New Car Mgr. (Steve? 4/4/17 - 10:30AM). He was effective and made me comfortable that this problem would be resolved to my satisfaction. The paint fix was perfect and completed in a timely manner. Rating is a 10!!!!! I will return for my next Honda and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car. More

We did a quick sit down to determine which car we wanted to test drive, this was very helpful. At 2 other dealers we test drove a car with options that we would not have bought. The waits and checking with the sales manager as in Car Sales 101, the longer the time the customer has invested the more apt they are to buy is tedious, but it worked for the dealership as we bought that day which is something we did not plan to do. We came and then bought at the wrong time of day on a beautiful spring day so the 45 minute wait to get the car ready for the road as we were with the finance guy turned into a total of 1 1/2 hours. But that was within our control, we could easily have said we would come back tomorrow. If we had come back tomorrow as I did expect to, I believe we could have gotten a lower price, my expectation to be on the very low end of Trucar did not happen. It was the car we wanted and the price was in line. More

As soon as we got there, people held doors open for us, treated us with extreme hospitality, greeted us with smiles and hello's without bombarding us. Susan Hall was our sales representative and she was very helpful, understanding, informative and accommodating to all our requests and needs. For one example, when all the keys were not programmed we were given a loaner car to go to a restaurant while they programmed keys so we could finish up our sale the same day. Susan was absolutely great throughout the whole process of moving things along and assisting in all aspects of the purchase. We will definitely be coming back to Apple Honda and hope to build a relationship with Susan as "our" sales representative in the future.
