I also feel that if there are major changes to finance / purchase numbers that the customer should be notified right away. If not in person, then by phone and/or text. Big changes, especially if it results in a higher payment, whether mistakes or not come off as bait-and-switch. Also, when putting together an estimate, the sales person should not presume that the buyer/customer wants every single option (thus driving up the price/payment, before discussing it with the customer. The only thing I don't like about the service entrance area is that I never understand which door to enter and then I cannot figure where to go once I get inside....I just stand around till greeted.I wish there was a more defined entrance/reception area for service. I know some dealers meet you at the car pullup area and tell you specifically what desk to go to and even that would work better. More
