I live in between two Honda Dealers and I bought my 2007 CRV at one of them and thought I would go back to trade it in and I was very disappointed with the sales assistant he didn't seem interested to sell a car to me at all ! Now I'm thinking maybe a Toyota or Nissan . My husband says let's go to Ciocca Honda for 1 last try. I walk through the door to meet a sales associate Coz ! He listens to my story takes a look at my 2007 CRV and gave me what I wanted for the car and took the time to find the CVR in the color I wanted and took me for a test drive. I come back to his office and he says to me and my husband would you like to take that car today . Well I'm driving a 2017 CRV and couldn't be happier! The only thing I really wanted were roof racks and my husband called Coz and he helped make that happen too ! Between Coz and Brian the service manager I feel like I was treated very well and look forward to doing business with Ciocca Honda in the future! Sincerely Jennifer Benoit More

I don't have great credit but they were able to work something out to get me into a brand new car that I really wanted. I was able to send most of my information through email which helped with speeding up the process especially since I live an hour away from the dealership. The team was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. From picking out the car to finishing up all the paperwork. They really made it easy and convenient. I was skeptical to purchase used, but Zach was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. Knowing that I was in the market, Zach and Bryan (finance) contacted me about a pilot that was just traded in, and originally sold from Ciocca last year. I went in that day and bought the car. Zach was very helpful to work with over this long-term car search! Bryan in finance exceeded my expectations. He was not forcing warranties on me. Instead, he advised me on what would be best for our situation. I ended up leaving with just the right amount of coverage, and am constantly reassured that I was guided with good intentions through that process! Andrew in management was able to get me a great deal on the car as well! I was so satisfied with this purchase, I just bought another new car from Zach and Bryan last week.
