Speedy customer service I purchased a used vehicle from Ciocca Honda. Although the vehicle is used and a little older, I felt as if I was pulling out in a brand new suv. The vehicle was extremely cleaned up and extremely reliable. They had the car fax and maintenance report ready for me when I walked in the door. Howard discussed what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. They were very reasonable and went through great lengths to get me as close to the dollar amount I wanted. They offer excellent packages for your buy. Before I left they washed and detailed my vehicle (even though it didn’t need it). I never felt more relaxed when buying a vehicle. I will definitely recommend their establishment and will be back the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. I didn't think I would be able to work a good deal as opposed to the Honda dealer on Paxton Street in Harrisburg PA but was happy with the bottom line at Ciocca. There was a little mix up in getting the preferred color from another dealer which delayed pickup by a few hours but Matt stayed late on a Friday night and got the delivery completed. Very happy with everything at Ciocca so far. More
