If I were to buy another car, I would go back to the dealer ship, and see Matt. They matched pricing on cars, so I could buy local, and not have to travel 2-3 to get the deal I wanted. Matt was patient, and showed us the car 2-3 times before we bought it, he also went over the car with me and my wife on all the options. I don't think you could find a more personable sales person, and caring person, truthful. The car we bought, came from another dealer, and one of the key fobs were missing, Matt told us at the time of the sale one was missing, and they would find it, or get us a new one. They had to order one, but stood behind their word, and ordered us one. I am 51, and have bought some cars in my time, this place was the best so far. I would also like to note, that their service department is very good. We have other Hondas that needed service, and they took good care of us! More

Used car sales experience Dealing with used car sales became difficult when it came to price negotiation on an internet advertised vehicle. At our first visit to view and driv Dealing with used car sales became difficult when it came to price negotiation on an internet advertised vehicle. At our first visit to view and drive the advertised vehicle, the absolute rock bottom price was quoted during negotiation and we walked out when we could not agree upon price. We followed the internet price listing as the vehicle price continued to be lowered below the "absolute rock bottom price" quoted to us during our visit to the sales floor, as well as the price we offered to pay before we walked out. Two weeks later, we returned to the dealership after being in contact with internet sales coordinator Ana Martin and was referred to a different sales rep with whom we were able to negotiate what we considered a fair purchase price. This was purely a price driven purchase inasmuch as the vehicle was being offered "as is" without any warranty. Please note our voice, text and email communications with Ana Martin were friendly, helpful and considerate...that's the primary reason we returned to the dealership and managed to purchase the vehicle for $500 less than we had offered two weeks earlier.
