Honesty & Integrity I needed to have a tire and alternator replaced on my son's vehicle and had the pleasure of working with the Service Manager Michael Minniti at the Se I needed to have a tire and alternator replaced on my son's vehicle and had the pleasure of working with the Service Manager Michael Minniti at the Service shop on Park Avenue in Quakertown. I was hesitant at first to allow them to replace the tire because dealerships have a reputation of charging more for tires. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to price match the tire. I received a great deal, and didn't have to take my son's car to several places. I found Michael Minniti to be an extremely fair and honest man of the highest integrity. He takes customer satisfaction to the next level and beyond. I would highly recommend this service center to my friends and family. More
Realignment of wheels I purchased tires and did a wheel alignment about a month ago. I noticed that the steering wheel was not straight even though the vehicle tracked stra I purchased tires and did a wheel alignment about a month ago. I noticed that the steering wheel was not straight even though the vehicle tracked straight down the road. Took the vehicle back and they corrected the steering wheel alignment at no cost. Very satisfied with work even though I had to take a second trip. The service department are extremely friendly and helpful. I would have no issue recommending them to anyone. More

Had to come back My original appt was not in the system when I first showed, they had not ordered my part, I had to wait 3 hours and then I left the dealership and the My original appt was not in the system when I first showed, they had not ordered my part, I had to wait 3 hours and then I left the dealership and the check engine light came back on 20 minutes later. I also feel that I was overcharged because I was charged for the diagnostic check on the first visit and then the part when I came back and they had to replace the oxygen sensor. More

He takes the time to assist the customer in every way possible, and is able to resolve even the most problematical issues. If your service department had a dozen Mike Kardanes, you would undoubtedly double or triple your business. Even if the dealership's prices may be higher than local repair shops, it is more than worth the extra cost to know that Mike Kardane is not only working with you, but working FOR you. I have owned many new cars (including a new Camaro, two new Cadillacs and a new Mercury Grand Marquis- and never did I feel that the dealership "had my back" the way that Mike Kardane makes you feel. Really love your dealership!! More

Oil Change I stopped in without an appointment and was interested in getting a quick oil change and tire rotation done as I was between appointments for my work. I stopped in without an appointment and was interested in getting a quick oil change and tire rotation done as I was between appointments for my work. The staff was very accommodating and took my request and quickly placed me into the rotation for the services I needed. I was in and out with completed work in seventy minutes. I feel quite comfortable suggesting this company to any and all who want dealership quality and professional workmanship for their car. More
