Great Service Center with Nice Staff I came in thinking I had a transmission problem. Turned out to be a couple of bad pulleys that the dealership I bought the truck from silenced up. Recall service I went in simply to have a recall serviced, but they tried to sell me on having other parts of my car fixed as well. When I went to pick up my car I w I went in simply to have a recall serviced, but they tried to sell me on having other parts of my car fixed as well. When I went to pick up my car I was told they spilled a little of my gas and put in $10 worth, however when I got in my car I had a half tank of gas when I had filled it that morning before taking it in! Needless to say I went in and complained, so they had somebody fill it for me. However, they should have known they spilled more then $10 worth of gas and fixed this problem from the start. More

Evaluating a starting issue fir the third time. Since the starting issue on my F150 was not resolved in the previous two appointments, the service manager called me and offered to provide a rental c Since the starting issue on my F150 was not resolved in the previous two appointments, the service manager called me and offered to provide a rental car at no cost while my truck was rechecked by one of his top techs. I received constant updates over the next three days and my f150 was returned to me with no bill. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction. It appears the shifting cable, which was replaced at the first visit, was not adjusted properly which allowed for no start situations to occur when the column indicated showed the truck was shut off in park but in reality the truth was shut off in between park and reverse blocking the ability to restart. More
