Excellant service by Tim Adams. He was polite and profession It was a pleasure to deal with Ciocca Ford for a service issue with my F-150. They were polite and friendly in scheduling the appointment and pledged It was a pleasure to deal with Ciocca Ford for a service issue with my F-150. They were polite and friendly in scheduling the appointment and pledged to take a close look at my concerns. When I arrived Tim Adams was extremely professional in checking in my vehicle. He was very clear about timing and what I should expect. He also arranged for me to be shuttled to a location while I waited. It was a pleasurable experience for me, my wife and grandson as we watched a movie while my truck was being repaired. I have never had a company take care of me the way they did. I have purchased about 8 new Ford pickups in my life and Ciocca can be assured I will go to them again. A first class experience, by a first class organization. Thank Doug Cresswell More
Second trip This was a return trip from New Tripoli PA. Yesterday I had to use AAA to change one of my new tires because it was not holding air pressure. My wife was very angry because she did not have the use of her car. I am hoping that I do not have any further problems, because we on the road a good deal. More
1/18/16 I was told my oil was do for a change and I had to correct the service agent that the last time there I had Synthetic oil put in, He said that was "se I was told my oil was do for a change and I had to correct the service agent that the last time there I had Synthetic oil put in, He said that was "semi synthetic" and I told him I paid a lot for a semi synthetic oil change and then he corrected himself. After that he told me Ciocca recommends air filter changes at 15,000 miles. When at home I checked Ford maintenance schedule and they recommend 30,000 miles. I not pleased the way he misled me to believe the proper time to change my air filter is less than half of what Ford recommends. More
