Late evening transmission faliure in 2010 Escape I had a late evening issue with my 2010 Escape. I was traveling from the Harleysville area to NJ late in the evening around 6pm. My truck developed a large transmission fluid leak and rattling noise as I was traveling through Quakertown. I called Ford service and they were extremely fast and helpful. I was towed to Ciocca ford where Mr Adams help secure me a rental car and waited for me to arrive with my truck. They were through in the exam of my truck and repaired it as fast as they could. There was a delay because of the blizzard but they found the problems and fixed it up good as new. I would use them all the time if I lived closer, but I reside near Reading. They were professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that I was take care of. Mr Adams and his team went above and beyond for me. More

Solved the problem but First off Mike K was awesome. He got me in and out really quickly. I realize people try to get stuff over on the dealer saying it worked when it didn't. I am NOT that guy. Now I have a brake light on which Mike Diagnosed at no cost. (thank you)Gave me a worst case of 500ish dollars. When driving to NY went to turn on cruise and not working. I am hoping the brake light on and the cruise is connected but if not bummer. If I had to guess I betting $1,000 to fix both. That stuff not working drives me crazy. The Internet was fast and the waiting room comfortable. More
