Hate Ford, love Ciocca! I bought a Ford Focus that I have hated from the beginning-a lemon. The transmission stutters and slips and it has been in for the recall with no imp I bought a Ford Focus that I have hated from the beginning-a lemon. The transmission stutters and slips and it has been in for the recall with no improvement. It is a 2012 so I am still paying for it. The power steering went and I took it to Ciocca, not the dealer I bought it from. They not only fixed the issue, they got Ford to pay a substantial portion of the repair. They even did work on the transmission, and it runs better (for now). If you too were dumb enough to buy a Ford, at least repairs are not as painful at Ciocca! Shout out to Mike, who also got me a car to drive while it was being repaired. These guys know customer service! More
