Worst experience, tired of coming back I currently have a 2016 Ford Fusion that I bought through Ciocca ford. I am having trouble with my dashboard and radio system. Every time I take the I currently have a 2016 Ford Fusion that I bought through Ciocca ford. I am having trouble with my dashboard and radio system. Every time I take the car out for a drive (usually longer drives) I hear multiple cracking noises coming from the center of my dashboard. We also discovered that the dashboard was sinking and warping. After many many visits Ciocca was able to replace the dash board. When I received my car back I found two unattached pieces to my dashboard. I currently just brought my 2016 Fusion again and just received a phone call stating that the pieces needed to be replaced and one was broken. Unbelievable! I was guaranteed that my cars dashboard was inspected before they gave it to me. Obviously not. I also noticed that the dashboard still didn't look aligned, I didn't mention it due to the fact they may break more plastic pieces. The radio, we have 0 progress on. Half the time I get a phone call my music and phone call are playing at the same time and the other half the time my back up camera does not switch on. Ciocca told me its the "cold weather". The worst experience I have ever had and the worst car I have ever owned. After this car, I will no longer do any business with Ciocca nor will my family. My car only has 9,600 miles and has been more times in the shop than any car I have ever owned. More
Got the wrong Mike this time. I unfortunately bought a 2012 Ford Focus that is not even paid for yet and I have had major issues. Besides the faulty transmission which had the war I unfortunately bought a 2012 Ford Focus that is not even paid for yet and I have had major issues. Besides the faulty transmission which had the warranty extended because it is junk, the second computer module in 2 months has gone. The first was a steering module that cost me almost $500. At least the rep I worked with was sympathetic, got me a free car rental and got Ford to pay the other 3/4 of the repair. This time, I worked with the service manager, and I have to tell you, he could take a few lessons from the first Mike I worked with. He was unsympathetic that a car fairly new had all these problems, flippantly stating, well, they are cars and cars have problems. If I expected this many issues I would have spent a lot less money on a used car! He didn't even call me for 5 hours to tell me what was going on with my car, I had to call him. And he says, good news, it won't cost anything because it was covered by the extended transmission warranty. All it will cost is the car rental. Really? That should have been covered since it was a factory warranty computer module that went this time. I thought I found a decent place to bring my car but I was wrong. More

Great and professional! I live a while from that Ciocca Ford of Quakertown but it was definitely worth to drive that distance to get there and have my car serviced by them. I had few things to get checked out so it was not just an oil change but few other things too. I was told it would take about an hour to check all those things I asked for and that's how long it took since it was more than oil change. All employees I was talking to were polite and helpful. Tim Adams and Mark Kardane were very professional and helpful and answered all questions I had. I will definitely be back. Thank you! More
