Prompt fast service! Any trip to a service center is not something to look forward to, but Ciocca made the experience a dream! I had hardly sat down in the waiting area when I already saw my vehicle being taken in for service. Every detail was explained to me in a way that I understood what needed to be done, the price was very reasonable, and I was on my way less than 40 minutes later! Special thanks to the staff and service tech who worked on my Savana, Justin Bistany! I will be back next time for sure! More

GREAT SERVICE WORTH THE PRICEY REPAIRS. I started with Faulkner Ford in the 1990's. bought every car but three over a 25 year period (8) from Faulkner. One I bought from a buick dealer bac I started with Faulkner Ford in the 1990's. bought every car but three over a 25 year period (8) from Faulkner. One I bought from a buick dealer back in the day and a ford ranger from bergy in 2002. The last car I bought from Souderton Ford after a bad experience at the show room at Ciocca Quakertown show room. Regardless where I bought the car, they all went to the Faulkner/Ciocca service. I have trusted them and they have given me no reason not to. Their work is great. More
"Love the Dealership" Best In Our 50Yrs Of Driving In our many years of driving my wife & I have owned many vehicles such as Ford, Chevy, VW, International, Jeep, Pontiac, GMC etc. and obviously dealt In our many years of driving my wife & I have owned many vehicles such as Ford, Chevy, VW, International, Jeep, Pontiac, GMC etc. and obviously dealt with many dealers for buying and service. Ciocca Ford has been the best experience for us from buying to servicing our vehicles. We can't say everything was perfect but we can say it was perfect/excellent in how any of our issues were taken care of in an expedient way and with great courteous and professionalism. Nothing was to much trouble for Cocca employees. We purchased 2 2015 50th Anniversary Mustangs one of them being the Limited Edition. "Z" Bean was perfect as our salesman and Mike Kardane, Assistant Service Manager, was perfect as our service guy. Nothing was to much trouble for Mike. He kept us informed of progress and was relentless with getting a solution for the fix from FMC. Mike Minniti, Service Director, was also a pleasure to work with. We live an hour away from the dealership and on 3 occasions Ciocca provided us with a vehicle to use since they had to keep the car overnight and were very apologetic for the inconvenience. I could continue with our experience but I believe I said enough and I would recommend Ciocca to anyone who is looking for a great Dealership experience in regards to buying and follow up service. More
screwed up my oil change aand will not admit to it You did not take care of my problem, will call corporate office about this. My oil is getting tested too! Worst experience, tired of coming back I currently have a 2016 Ford Fusion that I bought through Ciocca ford. I am having trouble with my dashboard and radio system. Every time I take the I currently have a 2016 Ford Fusion that I bought through Ciocca ford. I am having trouble with my dashboard and radio system. Every time I take the car out for a drive (usually longer drives) I hear multiple cracking noises coming from the center of my dashboard. We also discovered that the dashboard was sinking and warping. After many many visits Ciocca was able to replace the dash board. When I received my car back I found two unattached pieces to my dashboard. I currently just brought my 2016 Fusion again and just received a phone call stating that the pieces needed to be replaced and one was broken. Unbelievable! I was guaranteed that my cars dashboard was inspected before they gave it to me. Obviously not. I also noticed that the dashboard still didn't look aligned, I didn't mention it due to the fact they may break more plastic pieces. The radio, we have 0 progress on. Half the time I get a phone call my music and phone call are playing at the same time and the other half the time my back up camera does not switch on. Ciocca told me its the "cold weather". The worst experience I have ever had and the worst car I have ever owned. After this car, I will no longer do any business with Ciocca nor will my family. My car only has 9,600 miles and has been more times in the shop than any car I have ever owned. More
