Thank you for the review. We did review your situation. We do check every vehicle for mechanical and electrical issues that are required for Pennsylvania inspection. The vehicle in question was purchased AS-IS with no warranty implied. We did make sure the remainder of factory warranty was transferred to you. Unfortunately the Bluetooth is not covered by the Hyundai factory warranty.

Tom thank you for the review. We are sorry you feel the tires are not lasting long enough on your vehicle. The last inspection showed them at 8/32 and recommended replacement is at around 4/32 and new tires are usually 10/32 to start. We are sorry we missed the weather stripping, your service writer was not aware that the weather stripping was hanging down and would have had it addressed immediately. We always try to give the best experience possible and we hope to help you with your Transit for future services as well.
