The service and sales department personal are courteous and never any pressure. I have bought 4 pickups and at least 4 new cars from the Cicca originations. More

From what I could see the system will benefit the company immensely by the quick gathering of info about me and my car service history. As to any advantage to a customer who wants to check in, tell you what he wants done, and leave in a timely manner I have my doubts. As is usually the case with computerized systems trying to handle customer service, handling many pieces of info, the advantage is not for the customer but for the store. I am pleased with the actual service, with the actual service people, but will; save my opinion on check in process until next appointment. More

I learned that $50 of this is for the environment tests which are ridiculous for a 2 year old car. This is not the dealerships fault. Upon my return to home I called our local state representative to complain about the money grab of emission's testing. More
Always a problem with the service department I bought a certified used Ford F-150 in February. My initial experience was very good--even after having to have the truck towed the very next day. I bought a certified used Ford F-150 in February. My initial experience was very good--even after having to have the truck towed the very next day. There was an issue the very next day and they sent a flatbed and towed it back and fixed the problem right away. That was probably my only good experience with the service department because management & my salesperson were involved. It seems every time after that I have had a problem. I brought the truck back in about a month ago for a minor problem. At that time I was told the truck was not a certified truck even though I had all the paperwork from the sale stating it was. After many phone calls it turns out they forgot to file the certified paperwork with ford to register it. I finally got verification that it is officially certified now. I brought my truck in last week for an engine problem and again had problems with service. This time they were telling me that there is a problem with the engine and it would be covered under the warranty with the $100 deductible but I would have to pay the $149 diagnostic fee first. This didn't make any sense as the truck is certified and covered (not to mention it is the rear drive shaft that should have been discovered when the truck was certified 2 1/2 months ago). So I again had to waste my time to make a bunch of phone calls to get this straightened out and when it was finally settled I do not have to pay the $149 diagnostic fee. I can't figure out if the service guys just don't know what they are talking about or if they are telling you these things to see if you will pay them first. Whatever the case, it's very frustrating having to deal with a major problem every time you bring your truck in there. More

I was not expecting and unprepared for a call from Mt Kardane illuminating that after inspection, there are multiple other maintenance items of varying necessity, in total representing $500+. Hey, it's a 12 yr-old car with 170,000! I wasn't even expecting an inspection. The experience soured my taste for what had been previously exemplary service experience at Ciocca. More
