This was the third vehicle I bought from this Dealership and had it been the first it would have been the last. My salesman did nothing but lie to me and blow smoke up you know where. I still have not received a call to see how I like the truck and its been three weeks. But the service Center I give Five Stars. Sales can learn a lot from Ditchmans in Flemington or Beans in Doylestown. THank you Paul and Mike for salvaging my respect of Ciocca and thanks to Chris also for making the problems right. More

Appreciate the Followup I had both my Ford Fusion and Ford Escape in for different reasons. While servicing the Escape, there was a minor issue mounting one of the tires, and I had both my Ford Fusion and Ford Escape in for different reasons. While servicing the Escape, there was a minor issue mounting one of the tires, and it caused damage to the wheel. Tim made it very clear that this would be replaced at no charge, and he even threw in a car wash to rectify the issue. It was also discovered that there was an oil leak in the engine compartment. I deferred on getting this serviced right off the bat, so I could look into it a little more. A day or two later, Tim called when he discovered that this repair would be covered by my power train warranty. Tim went above and beyond to reach out to me like this, and I greatly appreciate it. I am very pleased with the level of service that I am receiving from Ciocca Ford. More
