Top Notch Dealership and Service Center I have bought one truck, leased two cars and leasing to buy our newest SUV from Ciocca Ford and would not go anywhere else. From the initial buying o I have bought one truck, leased two cars and leasing to buy our newest SUV from Ciocca Ford and would not go anywhere else. From the initial buying of my vehicles to the constant service and even detailing I never have had an issue or felt like I was just another customer. Through the years I almost feel like I am part of a Ford family. Service is always great and they are always willing to fit my in on a moments notice which works well for me since I use my truck for work and business purposes every day 7 days a week sometimes. bad service I said I would never buy another truck from Ciocca after my last disaster with my 04 F350. In the end they didn't want to fix anything and I had to ge I said I would never buy another truck from Ciocca after my last disaster with my 04 F350. In the end they didn't want to fix anything and I had to get a lawyer. I purchased a 2016 F350 and it the same old story. Nothing has changed in over 12 years. And to top it of they try make you feel like an Idiot. Last time I had my truck In, Paul Wehner tried to tell me how diesel trucks work and left a paper in my truck telling me how diesel work. Funny thing is Ive owned a ford 7.3 and 6.0 and currant 6.7, I also have owned 3 chevy duramax and one Ram 6.7 Cummins But he is going to tell me how Diesel works. Last time I had my oil and fuel filters changed, They had oil all over the bottom of the truck and diesel fuel spilled all over the engine bay area. I should have said something but I let it go. Im having an issues with wind noise driver side windshield. Its something that comes and goes. They claim they never have seen this problem before. Well its a very well know problem. Thousands and thousands of pages and videos on the internet about it. Fix, Replace windshield and molding around windshield. They won't fix it because they can't get it to do it, Which I told them that from the start. Has to be on highway and cross winds and it makes a kazoo sound. Sad thing is I guess they think I'm making this up. Just what i want to lie so i can have them tear my $70K truck apart More

Vehicle Service Brought vehicle in to have exterior molding replaced, and for maintenance service. Everything was completed professionally and in a timely manner. Has always done fast expert service in friendly atmosphere I have always brought my 2015 Focus ST into Ciocca Ford Quakertown for service. Awesome sales department! My car went in for a basic oil change and inspection. I also was noticing a slight leak that the service department checked and found it to be my rad My car went in for a basic oil change and inspection. I also was noticing a slight leak that the service department checked and found it to be my radiator. When they checked it after the radiator was replaced there was a small leak from one of the hoses. They were not able to get another hose in because it was the end of the day so they graciously gave me a loaner car so I could get to work! More
