Justin thank you for the review. We are sorry you feel this way. We do provide every diesel owner the information sheet because the newer diesel trucks have newer equipment and features that do make the operation different that older diesel engines. It is an extra measure we take to make sure our customers are 100% informed of their vehicles operation procedures. If you do ever notice something that looks out of place during a future please let us know right away so we can address it right there on the spot. We only want to make sure everything is right. Concerning the noise from the windshield Ford will not allow a warranty claim to be made unless the problem can be duplicated. We would be happy to go for a ride in the truck with you so you can duplicate the situation for us so we can better address the concern.

You forgot to mention the real problem was the fact that a bad oil filter was bad that was put on a Shelby Cobra and that was the excuse that was given to us. You don't make those mistakes on a car like that. Also, the car fishtails when excelling. This was not fixed either. We had been a customer for 10 years.
