An oil change should not take over an hour to perform Our truck was up on the lift for an oil change within 5 minutes of checking in. The service tech immediately started to drain the oil, however it took him a solid hour to complete the job. There is simply no excuse for it to take so long. When we scheduled the appointment we were told it would take 20 to 25 minutes to complete. Not likely we will be returning. More

Above and Beyond! Ciocca is THE BEST!!!! Mike Kardane is AWESOME. I had an expired registration card. He went out of his way, and called my insurance company to get me Ciocca is THE BEST!!!! Mike Kardane is AWESOME. I had an expired registration card. He went out of his way, and called my insurance company to get me a new card, within minutes! He didn't want me to be inconvenienced. I am always treated with respect at Ciocca Ford. Mike also explains, in detail , my car inspection report. He even saved me money! He's a GEM!!! More

2012 Edge Service - Tim Adams This was the first time we needed your service department. We were very pleased with the communication and updates that Tim Adams provided us. He kept us up to date on the status of the repair and what the service team was going to do. The service team provided excellent and timely work. First time I can ever say it was a pleasant experience having service work performed. The only problem we had was with the Enterprise rental car we were provided. The Ford product they provided was a Ford Transit, felt like I was going to a job site. There were non-smoking stickers and the vehicle smelled so bad of smoke, that we drove with the windows open and the air conditioning on. It was miserable. This is not a problem we see with Ciocca Ford, but wanted to bring it your attention. Luckily, we only needed it for one night. and then returned it. We actually called and complained but they did nothing to rectify the situation. More

Scheduled Maintenance ( oil and filter change ) Had a scheduled oil and filter change done. A complete check of the vehicle was performed also with results shown on paper work. This was done through an extended maintenance agreement purchased at time of new vehicle purchase. It was done in a timely manner. Waiting room was remodeled and enlarged some since last visit and was more cozy. Service consultant Tim Adams was friendly and courteous and went over work performed. Thanks Ciocca Ford. More
Good service but not cheap The service was quick and timely but you pay the dealership premium on supplies and labor. Had front brakes, four tires, oil change, and alignment. Things like alignment should be free if you are buying four tires plus other services!! More
