Oil change....1 hour and 30 min!!! I purchased a brand-new Ford transit 250. My sales professional was Chris Batori. He located the vehicle for me and it was exactly what I wanted I purchased a brand-new Ford transit 250. My sales professional was Chris Batori. He located the vehicle for me and it was exactly what I wanted and needed for my business. He took the necessary time and was very thorough with the whole process. Along with the extended warranty I was told that I had the "Ciocca Promise" of several complementary oil changes and tire rotation ( which I found out cost $23). There was a sticker on my windshield that noted once the vehicle reached 5000 miles I was to return it to have it serviced. So I called to find out what it was all about. The first time I called I was placed on hold for quite a long time. While on hold I had an incoming business call that I had to answer. So I called back at a later time and again was placed on hold long enough that the operator came back on and took my name and number and said that a service rider would be calling me. He indeed called back several hours later but I was unable to answer the phone so he left a message to call him back. When I called him back a few days later I was informed that the only service that the sticker was referring to was the oil change and tire rotation so I said "how about if I just take it to the Subaru dealer because they are a lot closer and my time is limited", and he said that would be fine and they would honor the CIocca Promise there. I called the Subaru store to check and see if I needed an appointment and I did not they said just bring it in. I had a window in my schedule so I decided to take it right over. Once I got there it was clear that I was not going to fit into their service bay and was also told that my truck would not fit into their garage or fit on their lifts. I said that I would just take it to the Ford store.... So as I was on my way home I decided to call the Ford store to make an appointment and told them what had happened and they said just bring it down that they would take care of me. It might've been more than two hours from when I got there until I left. Needless to say I was very disappointed, unhappy, mad and downright frustrated about the whole ordeal. I periodically looked out into the shop through the glass windows to see the van just sitting there with nobody around. When I finally got my paperwork I question what took so long. I was then given a whole bunch of excuses of why my truck was a big truck and it takes an hour or longer to do an oil change. I commented that I've done hundreds of oil changes on my vehicles and there's no way any vehicle takes over an hour and a half to do. He then proceeded to tell me that it takes a lot of oil, the oil takes longer to drain out, requires a special lift, needed more of a trained mechanic, etc. etc. I know he sensed my anger and disappointment and then proceeded to tell me that they squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon to take care of me. Which was totally inappropriate! Especially in front of the receptionist who heard the whole conversation. I mentioned that I will be happy to fill out the survey and never come back to the service department again. When I left I was extremely angry and couldn't believe that I was put into a situation like this that it was my fault for bringing my vehicle down to your service center. I turned around and went back in and was going to ask the gentleman to step outside so I could have a word with him but he was with another customer so I proceeded to talk to the service manager who totally agreed with me in regards to that an oil change should never take that long. He brought the service rider into his office so I could share my disappointment and even sitting in the office he continue to give excuses, while the service manager was telling him it shouldn't take an hour and a half. Mike asked me if he could make it up to me and I said no at this point I didn't want anything from him but I appreciated his willingness to offer. He also offered to pay for my tire rotation, which was a joke. I spend over $40,000 on a vehicle and I can't get my tires rotated as a courtesy? I will probably end up going back to using floor jacks to change my own oil and rotate my own tires quicker then you guys. can More
JUST THE BEST!!! The customer service at Ciocca is the best I have ever experienced. Tim Adams and Mike Minniti goes beyond words. They never try to up sell me and they are very honest if I can wait for a repair. Due to the fact that I value the service, I am looking to buy another car from Ciocca Ford. I see they view this relationship as the Total Value. If you buy a car and your service is bad you will not be back but for Ciocca they found the right people to run their business and drive customer service. The service team makes it easy with no pressure. Thank you Tim and Mike. I will see you soon. More

I can't say enough about the friendly staff and how clean the facility is. Paul Wehner is always my go to guy for service. I have dealt with him since day one and that was 3 years ago. I am thankful that we have had the opportunity to get to know each other over the years. He is a great guy. Paul knows how much my Pony means to me and treats it with the utmost care. I always feel confident when Paul takes over. No worries at all. What more could I ask for? Justin Bistany was the Technician that installed my gears. He has done quite a bit on my car. Once again he did an outstanding job. Justin is not only real friendly, he is also very meticulous with his work and actually takes the time to talk with me before he starts the job to go over things and answer any questions I might have. Justin has become my go to Tech. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Ciocca Ford Service for any of your automotive needs. 5 STARS all the way! More
