Don't buy the service agreement I did my 15k checkup and was billed for oil change even though I had a free oil change left. I had to catch this upon checkout. Also, I bought a 90k service contract when purchasing my Flex. I now learn that much is excluded. So what did I get for my $1859? I also wanted a spot cleaned off my console caused by the protective tape on the seatbelt. Told I would have to come back for that or wait an added hour. More

Warranty work on my Explorer The navigation system on my Explorer failed. I talked with Mike Kardane on the phone about the problem and followed his suggestion on a possible solu The navigation system on my Explorer failed. I talked with Mike Kardane on the phone about the problem and followed his suggestion on a possible solution to the problem. The navigation system began to work again. A couple of days later, the navigation system failed again with the message that the SD navigation card needed to be replaced. I called Mike Kardane and he immediately set up an appointment for me. The car was repaired and I have had no repeat of the problem. I am extremely pleased with the way this item was handled and will recommend this service center. Thank you. More

Hood Adjustment, Minimal Results Called in to have my hood latch adjusted, car approximately 1 year old, as my hood appeared to not be aligned with the front fascia. Upon arrival, how Called in to have my hood latch adjusted, car approximately 1 year old, as my hood appeared to not be aligned with the front fascia. Upon arrival, however, it was indicated that the latch has no adjustment. Only minor adjustments with the bump stops were performed. Once home, I was able to access the latch and adjust accordingly within a few minutes. As the dealer is over an hour from my location, it was a lot of driving for minimal results. I'm glad it was a simple fix, however, and this has been my only negative experience so far with Ciocca. All of the employees are always courteous and helpful, so I will continue to come back in the future. More
Service is good, but the skills are still not perfect One angle of my front undercar splash guard (Ford escape 2013) came loose since last time I had oil change here. So I went back to have it tightened (cost me about $40 from the bill). However, within a week, half of the undercar splash guard came off again. It could be a problem of the part itself, which might be beyond repair at the first place. But for the price that I paid, I hoped the fix would last longer. More
