Mike went above and beyond what the dealership needed to do. After calling and giving a negative review to the Ford Hotline about service that had been performed or well not performed. I received a call, not from the location that did the service. The call came from Quakertown Ciocca ford service department . The gentleman I spoke to was Mike Minitte. Mike apologised for the way the other service department handled the situation and offered to look at my car and to fix what ever was wrong with it. I was given a loaner car, so I would not be inconvenienced by not having a car. Mike met me at the dealership when I arrived and again apologised for someone else's mistakes. The Quakertown Ciocca ford dealership treated me and my wife extremely well, in fact they went out of their way to fix a simple problem .The entire service department are a class act operation. They gave us first rate prompt service and did it in a polite and curtious manner. Thank you Mike Minnitti, Mike Kardane, Paul Wehner and the rest of the service department for your awesome work! Gears The service manager was very professional and understood the issue that I was having with my differential gears. He consulted with the technician which was very knowledgeable. The work was performed quickly and the technician took the time to show the old parts identifying the issues. Very pleased with the service. I haven't reinstalled my differential yet but I'm confident that the problem I had has been resolved. More

There when I needed them. I was far from home when the engine on my explorer would not accelerate. I phoned the dealer that I had bought the explorer. Dean in the service depar I was far from home when the engine on my explorer would not accelerate. I phoned the dealer that I had bought the explorer. Dean in the service department let me know what it was and how to nurse it to where I was going. His repair shop was too far for me to go so he called Ciocca Ford to get me in there. Tim Adams could not have been more helpful. The explorer was fixed and we were back on the road in less than an hour. I would definitely tell anyone in that area to see Tim, he will treat you right.
