The service department took immediate care of us once they realize that our problem was serious. From service manager to the shop the people we dealt with were curtious, responsive and were dead on with they realize that our problem was serious. Scammers that take advantage of the customer and try to cover it with fake concern later. They worked on my car multiple times (at least 3 separate times and multiple days each) in the spring charger me cl cover it with fake concern later. Came back at the beginning of this year for maintenance items and was told that there was signifiant rust damage to the frame. They recommended that I shouldn't put any more money into the vehicle and start looking into buying a new one. There was significant rust damage, but that amount does not just appear in less than a year. Not once during the multiple visits the previous spring did they ever mention rust and claimed they performed their multipoint inspection each visit. I could have used that $4000 to purchase a new vehicle had they told me, but now I have a car that can only be sold for parts. More
I dropped off my Explorer on Sunday night to have tires put on Monday morning. When I went to pick it up on Monday the entire drivers and passengers area was completely soaking wet. When I pointed this out to the service manager he stated my sun roof drains must be clogged. I never had any issues prior to this with any water in the vehicle. They gave me a rental and said they would take care of drying it out. I went back on Thursday to pick it up and the console compartment still had an inch of water in it and the mats were not dry. Poor attempt at drying it out! When I finally left the dealership, I immediately returned with a bad vibration in the back of the car. It turned out that one of the new tires did not seat properly. I finally got the car back on Friday. They did provide a rental car free of charge and did a free inspection but the quality of work was horrible. All I needed was 4 new tires and I had a week of nothing but frustration. More
